Original Bop-it was the first ever Bop-it game made by Hasbro. It was made in 1996. It consisted of three commands. The voice is slightly distorted, the highscore system consists of A twist sound an bangs and you can also change the modes by pulling it before starting a game. a symbol crash means voxbop, a highpitched rachet means beatbop, which plays the sounds but is also Pass-it Mode at the same time. a downwards whistle means solobop. in bop it shout, if shout it is enabled, the game starts in order from Bop It, Twist It, Pull It.
It was re-released in 2000. This re-release looks identical to the original, but it is slightly lower pitched and it speeds up a lot faster. It was re-released again in 2002 but it looks different.
The music starts in a slow beat, but the beat gets faster once the commands start getting said. The music is drum beats alone.
